Our production line

This is the route through which the product production process passes, that is, from the raw material entering the production site, through processing, transportation, assembly, inspection and other series of production line activities composed of the route. The production line is organized according to the principle of objects, a form of production organization to complete the product process, equipped with various equipment and workers of various types required for the production of electronic wiring harnesses, responsible for the completion of all the manufacturing work of wiring harnesses, and the processing of different processes for the same labor objects.

The main responsibilities of r&d personnel are to help customers design according to requirements.To request the customers, select the reasonable

The production area of the company is 5000 square meters, and there are more than 200 employees, including more than 20 people in R&D team and more than 20 people in quality management. Strict production quality control

a) Raw material control

In our region, there are many raw material manufacturers with whom we maintain a good relationship, we have a large and stable purchase volume from them, and they guarantee to provide us with materials of stable quality. They arranged for one person to be solely responsible for the production and delivery of our materials to ensure quality safety.

b) Workshops

We now have several assembly lines, and every worker is forced to wear dust caps, shoe covers and work clothes to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
